This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") describes the availability and support terms for applications and services provided by Zero Solutions ("we", "our", or "us").
This SLA applies to all applications developed and distributed by Zero Solutions, including those built on the Atlassian Forge platform.
By using our applications, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this document.
Zero Solutions develops and distributes software tools intended to operate within Atlassian Cloud environments.
These tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We do not provide managed services, hosted infrastructure guarantees, or operational support beyond what is explicitly stated in this agreement.
Zero Solutions applications rely on Atlassian Forge infrastructure and Atlassian Cloud services.
We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or uninterrupted operation of any application.
Service availability may be impacted by:
• Atlassian platform availability
• Third-party dependencies
• Maintenance activities
• Updates or changes to Atlassian APIs
• Factors outside of our control
We make reasonable efforts to maintain functional applications but provide no service-level uptime commitments.
Zero Solutions does not provide guaranteed support, response times, or service commitments.
Support may be provided at our discretion via the contact methods listed on the website.
Submission of a support request does not guarantee:
• A response
• Resolution of an issue
• A specific timeframe for handling
All support is provided on a best-effort basis only.
We may investigate and address reported issues at our discretion.
We do not guarantee:
• Bug fixes
• Feature updates
• Compatibility updates
• Continued maintenance of any application
Applications may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Zero Solutions may perform updates, modifications, or maintenance at any time.
We are not obligated to provide advance notice of changes.
Changes may include:
• Feature updates
• Breaking changes
• API updates
• Removal of functionality
Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Users are responsible for:
• Evaluating the suitability of the application for their use case
• Maintaining backups of their data
• Ensuring compatibility with their Atlassian environment
Zero Solutions is not responsible for data loss, workflow disruption, or operational impact resulting from the use of our applications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
• Loss of data
• Loss of business or revenue
• Service interruptions
• Operational disruptions
Our total liability for any claim related to the use of our applications shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the use of the application.
All applications and services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We expressly disclaim all warranties, including:
• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
Zero Solutions reserves the right to modify this SLA at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our applications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
